Recenzii
Lopes's book is a monumental conclusion to a decade-long tripartite project-beginning with Beyond Art (2014) and continuing with Being for Beauty (2018)-and the text pulls together many of the defining threads of Lopes's distinguished career as an aesthetician, from his early research on the mechanics of pictures and depiction to his aesthetic pluralism and enthusiastic embrace of a diverse, social aesthetic world beyond the art gallery.
