Steffen Sauer is a fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeon practicing at Aleris Hospital, Aarhus, Denmark. Born in Germany, he has been specializing in sports medicine surgery in Denmark and New Zealand since 2009. He treats complex knee injuries in professional and amateur athletes and is regarded as one of the research leaders in the field of tibial slope.
