I liked Liz Kessler's pacey compelling style ... and the skilful way in which she places her timeslip device so carefully in moder life that it seems surprisingly plausible
I was so enthralled, it didn't take me very long at all to finish this one ... a simple, quick and enjoyable read.

Liz Kessler is the author of the New York Times best-selling series about the half-mermaid Emily Windsnap, as well as three novels about Philippa Fisher and her fairy godsister. Liz Kessler lives in Cornwall, England.
