Recenzii

Review from previous edition A Practical Approach to Civil Procedure is extremely practical and accessible meaning it is useful to everyone dealing with commercial or civil litigation, from experienced and inexperienced practitioners to students to litigants in person.
This text provides the best pragmatic and detailed overview of the civil process on the market. Life would have been much easier if this work existed when I became a litigator. Clearly written and thorough, it is without equal.
