Sometimes we have to lose ourselves; in order to find what it is we need to grow. Having lost myself more than once I have come to understand; it was the path I was supposed to take. Words have been pivotal in providing an outlet for me to express all the emotions; that otherwise would have remained shut away. We are nothing without our words, but even less without the actions to back them up. This book continues the journey of emotions and feelings I am currently taking.
