Perspectiva este una deosebit de tulburătoare: evenimentele ne sunt relatate după cincisprezece ani de sora mai mică, Merry, ale cărei amintiri de la vârsta de opt ani se ciocnesc violent cu versiunea editată pentru televiziune. Notăm cu interes cum autorul manipulează conceptul de memorie, forțându-ne să ne întrebăm unde se termină trauma și unde începe supranaturalul.
