Willie J. Dillard is a decorated veteran police detective, security executive, and creative author with more than 26 years of experience in law enforcement and security management. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served with honor, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to justice. Mr. Dillard also served as President of the Allegheny County Port Authority Police Association for 14 years, advocating for officers and their families, and has been licensed as a private investigator in both Pennsylvania and Texas. From 2013 to 2019, he served as Vice President of Operations for a Dallas-based corporation, bringing his leadership expertise into the private sector.
