Two decades after graduation, members of the class of '76 are raising teens of their own. On the surface race relations have improved, but a contentious Mayoral race triggers new outbursts. Rodney and Jeanette Ames must not only deal with the fallout, but the corruption of their oldest son, who has fallen under the spell of Rodney's high school nemesis, now a thriving drug dealer.
