He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and Profit First Professional, and he is building Kindle & Forge, an acquisition platform focused on buying and growing blue-collar companies. Ryan also hosts the From Burnt Out to Bought Out podcast. His work with owner-operated businesses is the foundation for 3:17 A.M. and his forthcoming book, Synergy Hacked. Ryan lives in Medellín, Colombia, and maintains roots in New Hampshire.
