The growing importance of Inheritance Law becomes very much apparent in an increasing number of published court decisions on cases of Renunciation of Inheritance or of Legitimate Portion and on Grants of Probation. They, together with the relevant literature on that subject, that has been published since the previous edition was introduced, have been extensively incorporated.
