Section 1566, Title 10, United States Code requires that the Inspector General of the Army, the Navy the Air Force, and the Marine Corps conduct an annual review of the effectiveness of voting assistance programs and an annual review of the compliance with voting assistance programs of that Service. This report consolidates all of those reports and summarizes some of those reports key facts.
