No Going Back is the only organisation in the UK providing free specialist legal representation to people who have fled their country due to being in fear of their lives because of their sexual orientation. Over 70 countries have laws criminalising same-sex acts. Seven of these countries have the death penalty for same-sex acts. Because of this, many people come to the UK to claim asylum so that they can be who they are without the fear of violence, prison or death. All proceeds from this book enable the voices of these silenced people be heard.
