The compilation publishes judicial decisions on the part of state courts in the Federal Republic of Germany with regard to the relationship of church and state and other problem areas characterized by the relevance of religious interests. Since it was founded in 1963, the work has been published in collaboration with the Institute for Church Law and Legal History of the Rhenish Church at the University of Cologne.
