Eric Butow is the CEO of Butow Communications Group (BCG), a technical writing and Web design firm based in Roseville, California, where his clients include EDS, Educaid Wachovia, Hewlett-Packard, CableData (now DST Innovis), Health Net, Intel, and Cisco Systems. Eric is an online course developer, instructor, and computer book author. He has developed Windows XP networking courses for Windows XP Home Edition users and for Windows XP Professional users-for Ed2Go, a division of Thomson Learning. He has written several books on Web design, programming, and Windows networking, his most recent book project is Dreamweaver MX 2004 Savvy. He is also a regular contributor to TechComManager.com.
