N.J Stevenson has worked as a fashion writer and stylist since 1996,after leaving her first job as Girl Friday for designer KatharineHammett. An alumna of the London College of Fashion, shespecialised in vintage fashion before gaining an MA in FashionCuration. She now lectures in Styling and Fashion in Film at theUniversity of the Arts. She curated a major retrospective of thedesigner Bill Gibb at the Fashion and Textile Museum in 2008 and shefrequently contributes to a wide variety of magazines.
