Recipient Pender award University Pennsylvania, Harvey prize Technion, Israel, 1992, National Medal Science The White House, 2010. Yariv, Amnon was born on April 13, 1930 in Tel Aviv, Israel. Arrived in the United States, 1951, naturalized, 1964. Bachelor of Science, University of California, Berkeley, 1954; Master of Science, University of California, Berkeley, 1956; Doctor of Philosophy, University of California, Berkeley, 1958.
