Volume III investigates the persuasive, relational and physiological outcomes of interpersonal communication. Finally, Volume IV focuses on the diverse contexts such as romantic relationships, work environments or doctor-patient interactions in which interpersonal communication takes place and the competences necessary to achieve successful communication.
