provides
such
a
reference
for

for
moresenior

and
clearly
presenting
them
in

the

well-informed
and
enjoyable
learning
experience.
The
focus

is
on
UK

but
it
also
includes
US

where
relevant.Current
Surgical
Guidelines
covers
the
main
conditions
requiring
surgical
care,
such
as
breast
cancer,
critically
ill
surgical
patients,
and

disease,
focusing
on
the
evidence
and
selection
criteria
which
determine
the
best
action
to
take.

graded
according
to
relevant
current
guidelines
and
all
benefits/risk
decision
recommendations
have
been

Recenzii
The
authors
are
to
be
commended
on
compiling
such
a
comprehensive
collection
of
contemporary
surgical
guidelines
and
presenting
them
so
clearly
that
the
busy
clinician
will
have
no
trouble
whatsoever
in
reading
and
digesting
their
contents
I
am
certain
that
I
will
be
referring
to
my
own
copy
on
a
very
regular
basis!
...this book is suitable to be read by all levels of doctors in surgery [and] will be useful as part of preparation for MRCS, both the theory and clinical parts...it also covers a comprehensive syllabus of general surgery and principles of surgery well. From a junior doctor point of view, [the book] will be very useful for day-to-day practice.
