Cred cǎ prima datǎ când am fǎcut guacamole, am fost atât de încântatǎ încât am mai mers o datǎ la magazin şi mi-am cumpǎrat ingrediente pentru încǎ o porţie. Ba chiar am cǎutat şi gǎsit în piață coriandru proaspǎt, ca sǎ respect toate detaliile reţetei. Drept sǎ vǎ spun, a fost prima şi ultima oarǎ când am încercat coriandrul, şi dacǎ aroma lui nu vǎ prieşte nici vouǎ, pǎtrunjelul e un înlocuitor perfect.

Ingrediente:

Pentru guacamole:

2-3 avocado

4-5 roşii

Ardei iute (dupǎ gust)

1 legǎturǎ ceapǎ verde

1 legǎturǎ coriandru proaspǎt (sau pǎtrujel)

Sare, piper

Sucul de la 1 lime (sau lǎmâie)

Pentru quesadilla:

Brânzǎ Cheddar rasǎ (dupǎ preferinţe)

Ceapǎ verde

Coriandru sau pǎtrunjel

1 ardei roşu

Ardei iute verde sau roşu

Tortilla

Pentru guacamole, luǎm jumǎtate din cantitatea de avocado, jumǎtate din roşii şi puţin ardei iute şi le punem pe toate într-un blender, împreunǎ cu câteva fire de ceapǎ verde tǎiate şi o mânǎ de coriandru sau pǎtrunjel. Se blitz-uiesc pânǎ când au consistenţa care vǎ place. Pentru texturǎ, se adaugǎ  apoi restul de legume tǎiate cubuleţe, sare, piper proaspǎt mǎcinat şi sucul de lǎmâie sau lime. Se dǎ la rece.

Pentru quesadilla, amestecǎm într-un bol Cheddarul ras, ceapǎ verde tǎiatǎ fin, coriandru sau pǎtrunjel tocat, un ardei roşu şi ardei iute, tǎiate mic. Acest amestec se pune între 2 lipii şi se frig puţin la foc mediu timp de un minut şi jumǎtate pe fiecare parte. Se servesc tǎiate în sferturi, cu guacamole şi smântânǎ.
