This book provides an overview to the context of property development so that students and professionals can examine the stages of development in the process. The stages are developed from initial consideration to site finding, general appraisal, valuation, funding, construction and marketing. In providing the context for development the author is able to focus on two key areas of the process: appraisal and finance.
