David McKean is the managing director of IT Leaders Ltd, a leading provider of business strategy and technology leadership development. He has over 15 years experience of working with businesses all over the world to develop and implement strategy.

1994 David joined Cable & Wireless as the program director for the 3rd GSM license in France. Since that time, he has worked for several international blue chip companies in Russia, France, Asia and Holland, running large strategy development and business change programs.
